High Tensile Steel Wire Standard: better hardness, and suitable tensile strength 1200-1600N/mm2, higher than European standard DIN17223A. We have adopted a special advanced process on our high tensile wire, so as to avoid the fatal flaw for screen mesh-Brittle facture. Therefore hardness and cross-section shrinkage of our screen mesh can reach the best effect. It ensures our wire not brittle under even the greatest hardness environment.

Stainless steel Standard: SUS304,304L, 316, 316L

Aluminum Wire: 5154, 5050,5056,6061,6063 etc.

Slot opening panels are tightly woven with accurately sized openings which are especially suitable for use when maximum open area and screening efficiency is required in the removal of fine material, from the over sized. They are used to firmly lock all wires into place, preventing looseness and extending screen panel wear-life. They expose more wire mass to the aggregate flow on an evenly wearing surface.
