High Tensile Steel Wire Standard: better hardness, and suitable tensile strength 1200-1600N/mm2, higher than European standard DIN17223A. We have adopted a special advanced process on our high tensile wire, so as to avoid the fatal flaw for screen mesh-Brittle facture. Therefore hardness and cross-section shrinkage of our screen mesh can reach the best effect. It ensures our wire not brittle under even the greatest hardness environment.

Stainless steel Standard: SUS304,304L, 316, 316L

Aluminum Wire: 5154, 5050,5056,6061,6063 etc.

Wire Ripple is used in applications where temperature exceed 70 degree. Highly recommended for asphalt plants.

Opening sizes are from 1.5mm to 60.00mm. Wire is from 1.00mm to 10.00mm
